It is the polarized glasses heck I have the same problem.
Don't know. Maybe MK can answer that. I can live with it though. I like my i-pilot too much to let this be too big of a problem. I just pull my sunglasses up or down if I really want to see the remote's screen. But, like you, i wish there was a way to correct it.
It is the polarized glasses heck I have the same problem.
living life to its fullest, This is not a dressed rehearsal.
When using the spot lock function, can the maximum speed be limited or will the i-pilot ramp up to the maximum speed to return to the spot?
I have a 1548 WarEagle and 55 Terrova and I don't think I've seen my i-pilot ramp up to more than a 4 speed to get me back on spot and that was with about a 17 mph wind. It's not going to take you back to fast or you'll over run your spot going the other way.
the problem with the sunglasses is the way the light is bent, because of the light spectrum on the blue blocking and light refracting capablities of the glasses, and so far I have found no way to fix it, now I have polorizied per. glasses and no problem go figure
I have polarized glasses and still see it if it were the glasses it would move levt or right as you tilt your head this stays in the middle on the top of the screen ,they could make a change and nake the emblems white against a blk key also . I have know problem with the screen on my 797 or my 997 glasses don't affect them , the rainbow looks like a heat problem .
I-Pilot is SWEEEEET!
Hi does anyone know if you can disable the "High Speed Bypass" function? I find it a little scary when its accidentally hit and don't want anyone going overboard!
I don't think you can disable the high speed function Craptacular?
I called Minnkota and talked to them about this. They are coming out with a replacement tray for around the $10 range. I was told to just break of the Highspeed bypass button on the tray. i went ahead and did this and no more HS bypass If I ever sell the ipilot (only way i'd do that is if something even better came out) then I'll buy a replacement tray.
