Been there and have done that - lived two years in Michigan, and one in Canada. That's why I don't live there anymore.

Will be watching U.S. championship women's free figure skating here shortly on the television once the corned beef is done.

I likes the women's figure skating. Reminds me of several years ago of my daughter doing that - oh, the places we went for competition. Each routine required a different outfit, the tears running down her face while smiling as she skated. The dues I paid.

She is now a successful chemical engineer, thought I'd share.

Works nicely, a regular batch this time. She say's she'll do a special blend for new years on special rolls she plans on making.

    You fellas aren't living right.
My mother-in-law has a butter churn from the 1800's. She made butter with it every year at Bannack (Henry Plummer's base) Days in Montana for about 50 years. She would serve it (free) with her home made cinnamon rolls. She finally decided at age 93 that she had done it long enough.

Was busy as usual today. I'm losing the feelings in my fingers. One was bit by a black widow, another in a knife fight, another smashed by a cinder block. Today, while dealing with leaves, I was nailed by a small copperhead. It hurts from the word go. Swollen, those things are nasty. Ann says if it turns purple, we're going to the hospital. It's just blue, so we're good.

I'm with you Steve. I'll take cold over snake bite any day. Hope it all turns out well for you, Randy.

Tracker123 keep us updated on your bite. Had a buddy, got bit on the ankle, flip flops went to turn off the garden hose after dark. He knew better.

Hospital marked a grid on his leg, sharpe, measured it every hour, if swelling didn’t get to bad they didn’t do anything.
    He recovered just fine.
