Works nicely, a regular batch this time. She say's she'll do a special blend for new years on special rolls she plans on making.

    You fellas aren't living right.

Cool Steve, small world it is. Thanks for the thought. I enjoyed visiting the Michigan site, rarely venture off our Louisiana site. I've been to, and lived, in several places over the years. Just brought back some memories.

Winds at 19 mph with 24 deg temp out. Hasn't been this cold in a few years with that wind. I hate being cooped up inside and hope our winter is a short one. This is ridiculous.

Ham, greens, sweet potatoes, and black eyed peas today with family coming over. Ann is also making a jam cake - told her I'd rather have a rum cake with a triple dose of rum in this weather.

    Happy New Year everyone!

Worked in my shop today in this cold while following college football. Shop maintained a heat of 65 degrees. At least it's semi warm out here, will not upgrade for additional heat in the shop - I'll move to Laredo, TX first. Fixing to go inside the house by the fire and watch college football.
