    I took my Drilling students on another facility tour yesterday afternoon after campus hours. This time at NOV (National Oilwell Varco).

    Some sugar is now carbon free!!!!!!!!!!!!

    It's certified and everything - that means something.

    Sugar is sucrose with a chemical formula of C12H22O11. If there's no carbon, what we have here is powdered water. Unreal advertising. Those folks driving electric cars leave a huge carbon footprint if they really knew.

    I've only tried popping popcorn in coconut oil. Never tried cooking anything else with it..........how do you like it with fish?
