Well, I'm a few days late responding to all these slanderous charges, but here goes. Yes, I did seem to let a great percentage of my slabs slip back into the deep, BUT there was a method to this madness. Jiggs keeps telling me he's gotta have fish for this big fry and that big fry and if you don't watch him real carefully, he's gonna tote off most of the fish in Lake Russell and the DNR will have to restock crappies. Now I knew I had a trip planned with 4 ladies today (Saturday) so I ummm.."intentionally" let my whoppers swim so they would be out there waiting on me today. And sure enough, those ladies reeled em in quite nicely and took home a good catch. Well, that's my story and I'm stickin' to it!

Butch, are you callin' me or that catfish a thug? Either way, you're not far off! (Although that one looks rough,like I found it floatin' at the ramp and took its picture anyhow!)
