Now we're getting somewhere. Now that Bobby's article has hit the streets, it's time we started making some calls on our REPRESENTATIVES. They are the ones who should get the ball rolling on the house floor. That's what we pay them for. Let them hear from you, fellers. Go to ms.gov and just pick one out if you don't know who your congressman is. E-mail him or call his office.

Many of you have read the two articles in this post http://www.mdwfp.com/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=40463 but if you haven't you should. These two fine articles describe what is public and what is private. The petition being worked on is an attempt to help keep public what is public and not let public water become private by adverse possession.
