Cute Story - Over the holidays my 3 year old nephew was in town and went out to his grandfathers property. We shut the gate after we went in. He asked my father, grandpa, why did you lock the gate. My father replied "to keep people out"... the come in and hunt and rut up the road. He looked at my father and said..grandpa, you should learn to share. Not bad for a three year old.

The private land owners that you speak of are the Tobacco Trial Lawyers from a few years ago. With Mississippi officials acting as timid as they are, these lawyers are actually filing suit in Arkansas and getting an AR judge (buddy) to agree to "hear" these charges. I have never heard of a conviction in any of these hearings, nor have I ever heard of anyone actually going to court (fighting the charges) for that matter! Majority opinion between my friends and me is that they(tobacco lawyers) know that most people do not have the time or money it would take to have a decent defense.
