Being from Vicksburg and having the Laney's as close, personal family friends this cuts me to the bone.

Although I don't live in the hill city anymore and only migrate to Chotard once a year to bream fish that once a year means A LOT to me and my family.

We need an attorny on the board, I worked closely with the MS gaming commission for 10 years while working in the gaming industry in Tunica and know that the "river boats" that are on land floating on barges in man made ponds got by with that when the state boys declared these as navicable waterways since they were inside the river levee. Seems like if it's good for the casino's it's good for the citizens of mississippi we all pay taxes too. I'm great at bugging elected officials just wrote my senators this a.m.. While we're at it lets tackle the land use of the main river levee and lands owned by the levee board, barrow pits ect.. My great granddaddy helped shovel dirt on that big boy and shouldn't it accessable to the citizens of ms.

Mark Morrison, an attorney, is an active member of the MDWFP forums and may be interested in this. I know him and will ask him if this interests him.
