You are fine, I did read it and crack up laughing, not mad at all.
I usually go offline on the weekends, and it takes a day or two to catch back up.
Weekend was hectic, and a pain in the butt with busy work, and a nasty cold.
Saturday, I was actually on the lake for about 15 minutes, and my son calls, "Dad, I'm 3.5 inches high at 20 yards with my Bow." Explained how to correct, and he said, "Ill wait until you get home."
So motored back to the launch trailer'd up, and went home. Fixed his bow, shot some Bow myself, and loaded the truck for Deer Season, and while doing that, started to get a fever and feel like SH!#.
Sunday Morning found me crawling out of bed at 11:45am, sneezing, coughing, and in general feeling like CRAP.
My son and his first chance to go in 4 years, is ready, and I am taking him regardless of health, I was going to take my climber, and sit near the truck, so I would not interfere in my Prime location stand, and let him sit in it.
Then, his girlfriend texts him and her car wont start. Long Story Short, I had been over dosing on DayQuill, and went in case he could meet me there.
He never made it.
I sat in my Prime Location, Coughed and spooked one deer, Shot the next one, and sent him a text to meet me at 7:52pm, and my phone went dead.
Spent the last hour or so trying to conceal cough's, and sneezes, then went to truck. Of the 8 people on the state land in the area, no one had seen anything. I know you will all find this hard to believe, but I told them I didn't see anything either, and every one left.
Kid still not there, charge phone enough to call him, "Sarah (Girl Friend) said you were joking because you never replied.", "Phone was dead, get your butt out here"
Long story short, He got there about 8:45, tracked, gutted, and dragged it back to truck, drove home skinned it let it hang over night, went to bed, about midnight-ish.
Got up, went to work felt like crap, left early, spent 4 hours cutting up the deer, reading some posts, texting you & Steve when I took a breaks, got every thing cleaned up, showered, took and OD of Nyquill, and went to bed.
Back at work feel like crap still, going to be a long day.........
