Kevin, I assume you will be bringing cooker and oil? If not let me know. We always seem to have lots of food for the potluck so we shouldn't have a problem there. If anyone can think of anything I am forgetting, please let me know.

My understanding is, Rich will not be at Fall Crappie Camp so he might not be reading these posts. Tonda and I are the organizers for fall camp. We are still waiting on a head count, so not sure if we will need 1 or 2 fryers, would hate to have you buy oil if we won't need it. Unfortunately Carol and I will not be there. Carol's father died this past Friday. We have been running back and forth across state for weeks and are mentally exhausted. We do have a family commitment this next weekend also, so we have fallen far behind around the house and just aren't up for camp this time. Thanks for understanding.

So sorry to hear about carols father and the tough times. It seems fall crappie camp is doomed. So many health problems and other issues. I was hoping to post some good news today, but it seems it will just make things worse. Yesterday for my birthday, my boys told me they are taking me on a trip to Notre dame for the msu/nd football game the weekend of crappie camp. We can only be there through Friday liars club. It appears the group is diminishing rapidly. Don, Rich Kevin, what are your thoughts? Should we cancel? If not someone will need to do the weigh in and awards on Saturday.

I don't think you should cancel. Having a small group has advantages. Just get together and fish and socialize. Don't sweat the rest o it.

I agree with Don. People always know that we cannot stop "Life" from happening. Sorry to hear about your Father in law Don. I knew you were running hard when I spoke with you a few weeks ago.
I would say that the thing to do might be to get "FOR SURE" head count as soon as possible.
My parents are both going to be there. They are staying at my sisters house which is about 1/4mile from the park.
Rangerbob (From Buckley) was planning to attend.
Frank had talked about going
Larry and Sandy have a camp site reserved (I think)
Jimmy sounded like he might attend.
Kevin is up in the air as he has to work that day.
Have not heard from Alboy and his family yet.
Have not heard from the DeShano's yet either
Might be a small group similar to what we had at Hamlin a few years ago. We still had fun!
