I purchased a very nice 17.5' aluminum Grumann about 6 weeks ago. The factory wiring on it is horendous, so I will be tackling a complete rewire of the factory mess this Winter. In the meantime I added a 24v 80# Terrova, onboard air for my minnows, re-loacated the trolling batteries and changed them from 12v to 24v, plus installed a Helix 9. I reworked the rear battery compartment and added two onboard chargers to the boat. I will be glad to take some pics of the wiring I have got done so far, but here are a couple links to what I used. The fuse holder is very nice and will hold up to 6 circuits. Another reason I went with this particular fuse holder is that it has both positive and negative lugs. This way you do not have to use one common ground wire for everything. I have one mounted up front, and will be mounting another under the dash when I rewire that nightmare. The reason I went with two chargers is because I mid-mounted my trolling batteries when I relocated them and there is so much foam in my boat I could not run wires from front to back that were not already there. Plus I have a charger for my trolling batteries and my starting & accessories battery. I would be happy to answer any questions you may have as far as wire sizes or actual how to. I have been rewiring boats/vehicles/tractors for over 25 years now.

Yes , pics , help appreciated . Thanks !! I'm planning on using a switch panel at console that has built in circuit breakers to keep from dealing with a lot of fuses. Will likely have fuses on main wiring at batteries.
