Just so everyone knows, Randy's fish fry mix is NOT gluten free, but is a little spicy; although it is not any spicier than any of the other fish fry mixes on the market. He is in the catering business and realized that he needed to create a product that would reach over 90% of the people.

We probably need to make sure we have some plain ole meal there to fry some of the fish in. Plus, please realize that all of this hinges on me not having some type of emergency that I need to take care of as a pastor. If something were to happen so that I couldn't come, I don't know if Randy would go either since he was planning on fishing with me.

I will bring some plain ole yellow corn meal and some salt to season it with to fry some of the fish in on Saturday.
