I could possibly add some gumbo for one night. It will be chicken and sausage though, don't care much for any other kind, except duck and sausage, and I do have some ducks in my freezer so who knows?!

Fellas, here's an updated list for now. If you post that you 'might' bring something, I'm going ahead and adding it to the list, so let me know if anything changes as you see updates.

Another thing...as of right now I believe there are 4 people volunteering cookers and oil, so please keep that in mind as we figure out how many are actually needed. I'm not usually outside with the fryers so if anyone wants to speak up about that, feel free.

DocWaldo- butt bites, aluminum trays, paper towels, name tags, sharpies, salt, pepper, Tony’s, shop light
RMGeorge – 6 gallon fryer with oil, smoked pork ribs, tater salad, LA Crispy fish fry mix
GreenShiner – fries, ketchup, tartar sauce, fryer, oil
Maxwell328 – 2 smoked briskets, BBQ sauce, foil pans, stack of plates, sweet tea, lemons, plastic forks/spoons, napkins
Bflowers – 2 burner cooker, pots and oil, big coffee pot and supplies, big garbage bags, baked beans, canopy tent
Southern Chuter – Sauce picante and rice, soft drinks, dessert
    PawPaw Gene – Boudin balls
Pastor – yellow corn meal, seafood gumbo
Randy (Pastor’s brother)- Fish fry and biting corn dogs
FishOnLine – Deviled eggs and pecan pies
    Deacon - fryer and oil
Crappienator – Cooker, oil, and…..fish? Chuck do you have a surplus?? 
    Shadow – dessert, maybe gumbo
Lahotwood – BBQ pulled pork sandwiches
LAFishNut – Not sure yet, but something will come along...

    For now...That's All Folks!

hey scott, my buddy randie is gonna bring some crab dip and crackers. something we can snack on pre-meal!!!

i think we can use all the fryers. its better to fry everything quicker, than take 14 forevers to get everything fried. so if you dont mind bringing your fryer, thats great!!. thanks scott for keeping track of all this craziness.

Tell Doc that Bonnie will make some Spicy Crackers. She talked about bringing some homemade meatball sliders. We'll see about that as she may decide on something else at the last minute. She said some kind of cake also. Probably one each night. I will probably bring some Cole Slaw for Saturday along with tarter sauce.
