Thanks. I caught em on jigs....roadrunners actually. The original plan of attack for the white bass. I was in my canoe. Got out on a rock to stretch and took the pic.
Great job Crappster
Did you catch them on jigs or minnows? Also did you catch them from the bank?

Just wanted to let all of you know what I think of Crapster. He used to live here in Georgia and fished with alot of us. This man is one great American. Alot of people on the Georgia forum would agree with me saying that he is a fine man. Ya'll are lucky to have Crapster. GOD bless you my friend Kyle.
How far up river do you think a 19' Champion could make it with these water levels? Also I was told this week that the crappies at in at Mason Point down at Choke Canyon. Folks are catching them in 6-12 inches of water right now. Just thought you guys may want to know that.
The past couple of trips I have been puting in at Pop's place and paddling downstream. I'll be in a green 15 foot pelican canoe. Stop by and say hi. I'm going to probably fish the river for a while until I get tired of the whites...they gotta start first. Then start trying to find some spawning crappie on the main lake in the county park area.
What's the guidelines for setting out brush piles on Medina lake? During the high wind a week or so ago we lost (broke off) the top 25% of one of our trees in our back yard. Me and my son were thinking about setting some of it out in one of the coves. Any word on this?, before we do it. We don't want to do something wrong or something we're not suppose to be doing. Papps, ... any ideas?

I see plenty of people set up brush piles but I don't know the rules regarding this practice. I recommend contacting the game warden and asking him.
