10 inches on most TN bodies of water, not sure how long it has been in place, but I can't remember it ever being anything else. I've lived here since 1991. The lake I usually fish has plenty of crappie over 10 inches.

I live in West Tn and I am seeing more and more lakes lowered to 8 inches or to no length limit at all. The ones with the best fishing and biggest sized fish have been for me coming out of the lakes with no size limit.

I'd like to see it go to 11. think we would be surprised in a couple years.

Look at what Mississippi has, I think there limit is 12". 11" would be fine by me. Let me grow.

The 10 inch size limit was imposed in 1990
