10 inches on most TN bodies of water, not sure how long it has been in place, but I can't remember it ever being anything else. I've lived here since 1991. The lake I usually fish has plenty of crappie over 10 inches.
What is your size limit for crappie? How Long has it been in place? What difference has it made?

Its been 10 for as long as i can remember here in east tn, we have some excellent lakes and alot of people i fish with wouldnt mind if they went to 11 inches to see if it would make even more quality fishing
I live in West Tn and I am seeing more and more lakes lowered to 8 inches or to no length limit at all. The ones with the best fishing and biggest sized fish have been for me coming out of the lakes with no size limit.
I'd like to see it go to 11. think we would be surprised in a couple years.
Look at what Mississippi has, I think there limit is 12". 11" would be fine by me. Let me grow.
The 10 inch size limit was imposed in 1990
