Set one up and let's see who all can make it out there. I'm game if I am not working. Saving my days off again for future surgery if all goes right! Got to get this weight off!

Good luck on getting the weight off. I dune give up. Yeah unc that is what it is all about, having fun with friends and catching a few fish to boot. I am not a perch fishermen but I would be willing to come up there and give it a try. I don't have a lot of friends but I thank the Lord for the ones that I have on CDC and can get out and spend some quality time with them fishing. Merry Christmas to all.

I want to explain one thing I wrote. I have plenty of friends just not any fishing friends. Nobody that lives by me fish. I used to fish with my older brother but he is unable to fish anymore because of 3 strokes. Most all of my other fishing buddies live to far away or are pushing daisies in the cemetery. So the most times I fish it is bye myself. So you can understand how good it feels to go and have somebody to talk to and cut up with. The biggest problem with getting old is watching your fishing friends list get smaller and smaller. Don

Good report and nice catch guys. Sounds like you made a somewhat mediocre day a good one. Congrats and thanks for sharing.

I hear what you saying Don = I'm over 70 also but I guess in the way of fishin I'm blessed
within a 3mile crow flying circle I have a few friends that will go fishing at the drop of a hat.
that aint counting my Dawgg any time you want to come up this way just holler.
we need to find us a neural place somewhere between lake Wylie and Murray that has good
food that C.C friends can meet every now and then for a little eat and greet. i'll try to put up a post about that soon.
