Welcome to the board! Murray can be hard to figure out, but if you stick with it, you will find them. Brush, points, creek bends, bridges, are all good spots to try. Good luck!

Welcome aboard. I can't help you on Murray.
Look forward to reading your reports when you get the lake figured out.

In the Spring, I did VERY well up Beaverdam Creek off the Little Saluda River. I was still catching pretty well there as soon as a Month ago. Darkest nights without a moon are best (I fish at night).

I haven't been back in a few weeks, due to trying to boat a few Striper, but they seem to like that area. The size there has been pretty good as well.

I Also did pretty well up Buffalo Creek in the creeks near the Park. Just fish the mouths of the creeks where they meet the main Creek where the water is a little deeper. I Primarily fish with Live Tuffy Minnows double rigged in 10-14 FOW.

I Have heard recently people catching in the neighborhood of Dreher Island near stick-ups etc. I haven't tried to confirm yet, but may give it a go this weekend.

Aside from that, I'm still working on getting some action with Jigs, but still learning on that end of things.

As for the Gathering CB, I would love to help Coordinate if needed. I have the large Grills and Propane cookers, etc if we want to do a cook-out in conjunction with the outing.
Aside from that, I can get together directions, flyers, etc to keep everyone informed. Just let me know when, and what you need me to do to help, and I will gladly chip in.
