Hello all! Well, I haven't been on here much, but I moved here last March, and have been looking for some fisherman to help teach me how to crappie fish/build on what I know.....I have my own boat...

Looking for a guide to take me out crappie fishing. Not familiar with the lakes/different styles of fishing... anyone know of any guides on toledo bend? or anyone wanna take a good ole boy out?

Yeah I have debated the same...but then the weekend will come and I will surely be back out on the lake lol...probably gonna head to toledo bend this weekend. Anyone else heading that way?

Anyone having any luck? been out a few times, and only did well once at Toledo Bend....Since then I've been skunked at vernon lake multiple times! Am I the only one who's suckin??

I think my buddy and I may wait until tomorrow to go out now, Notre Dame made it to the Elite Eight, So i gotta watch them face Kentucky!!! GO IRISH!

Went there 4 days ago and caught 12 in about an hour. We were all the way up buck creek drifting along the channel with shiners on jigheads suspended under a bobber. Could have caught a heck of a lot...

I tried going out today, had one fish on it got off about 5 ft from the boat, think it was a perch or small bass though. Had a good day on Toledo bend the other day, and an ok day on Vernon...

I have heard that all that gator hunting stuff on TV is a little exaggerated, and all those guys are really very well off...
