I use 0 with a #6 hook for the small ones and 1 with a #4 hook for the bigger ones. The Colorado's are 0 with #8 fly hooks. I also found out that to clean off the flux residue, if you soak and slosh with vinegar and then double rinse with hot water it takes 99% of it off.

I get all my supplies from Barlow's. Think I pay less than $7 for 100 blades and around there for the hooks. They have all sorts of stuff for making your own lures. Ship pretty quick too.
