I think the "secret" is out, Frank. I have mentioned G-daddy to quite a few people, but haven't heard anyone else giving props. BUT, lately there have been quite a few people using them. Thunder Dan and lemon meringue have been working really well. As to why I haven't ordered any since getting six packs (jigs, not beverages) last year, I'm like Fishers. They last forever. The only jigs I've lost are the ones fed to the brush. And I've pulled a number of G-daddy jigs out of the brush or found them on the docks, mostly hot chicken and the lemon meringue.

Reaper and Slab, The above post was not delivered by a paid spokesman or actor or a pac, just a very satisfied fisherman.

Thank you very much fro the feedback Eric!. When I started this adventure for me and my son, it was an accident that it took off on it's own. I wanted to fill a niche to keep fishermen's and fisherwomen's money in their wallet by having a bait that caught fish, but would not tear up after catching two or 3 fish. In addition, they eliminate the need to use collared jigs with the lead barb on them. My baits fit very tight to the hook shaft on collarless jigs and do not rotate. There are many good bait manufacturers out there and their baits catch plenty of crappie no doubt. Their plastic baits need the barbed colored jig to hold their baits in place. I wanted to develop the toughest bait on the market. From the feedback I have received I am very grateful for having accomplished that. My baits will be making their debut at several Crappie Masters tournaments this year. I am very blessed.

I had a great day yesterday on Oologah. I tried slow trolling for the first time, following the advice from some of the cc guys and Barry Morrow (Crappie University). It was an awesome first attempt! I could see suspended fish around 10', set my two poles at that depth, and went as slow as I could. I used a 1/4oz Crappie Maxx Tripple Ripple on the bottom, and a small black and chart tube above. When they hit, they hit like a ton of bricks! It was some of the most fun I've had fishing for crappie. I caught 10-12 fish 1# and up. Biggest was 1.49lbs. Fun day!
