Oologah is releasing as well. I think they're trying to dump what they can while they can before the major rains start up. Once it starts building up to the south, they'll start to allow the levels to rise while they drain the south.

The shad are the toughest part. Threw 3 hours last night to get enough to fish with today. There is some between sarge ramp and the towers but they are really scattered

Tried fishing below the dam today for stripers with no luck. I didn't see anything being caught either.

I went out today below the dam. Tried for some of the crappie that gets swept through the gates but they weren't taking my jigs. Didn't see any snaggers doing any good either. The crappie have been hit or miss this year below the dam.
