    They're kind of like a hush puppy. They are better when eaten hot.

    Shrimp Boulettes

    1 lb Raw Shrimp
    1 small onion
    2 small potatoes
    ½ med bell pepper
    2 stalks celery
    2 eggs
    1 T. Garlic Powder
    2 T. Flour
    ½ T. Salt
    ½ T. Pepper

    Place all ingredients in food processor. Drop by spoonful into hot grease and cook until golden brown.
    The sweetest of all sounds is (Get the nets that's a 3 lb'er)

    Sausage, egg and biscuits casserole

    1 can buttermilk biscuits any brand
    1 lb Jimmy Dean sausage(or any brand of pork sausage)
    1 c shredded mozzarella
    1 c shredded cheddar
    6 eggs
    3/4 cup milk
    salt & pepper to taste

    Directions
    Cut biscuits into six to eight pieces place in a grease 8x8 pan, brown sausage on the stove top and drain spread over the cut up biscuits, beat eggs and add milk and salt and pepper to them and pour over sausage and biscuits, sprinkle both shredded cheeses over the top.
    Bake in 8x8 pan at 425 for 30-35 min. Let sit 5 min.

    Recipe for Ms Tammy's Upside Down German Chocolate Cake

    Ingredients:
    1 cup of coconut
    1 cup of chopped pecans
    1 German Chocolate cake mix
    1 stick of butter
    1 pack of creme cheese
    1 lb of confectionate sugar

    Spray pan with non-stick spray
    Spread coconut in bottom of pan
    Spread pecans on top of coconut
    Mix cake mix and pour over the coconut and pecans
    Mix the butter, creme cheese, and powdered sugar together and spoon over the top of the cake mix that you poured in the pan.

    Bake on 350 for 55 minutes

    Default DDs Comeback sauce

    2 cups mayo
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/2 cup chili sauce
    1/3 medium onion grated
    2 cloves garlic grated
    2 dashes of worchachire
    Salt
    Pepper
    4 dashes hot sauce, I used Marie sharps Habenero made with carrots not Tomatos
    2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
    2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
    2 tablespoons horseradish
    2 tablespoons yellow mustard
    2 tablespoons honey mustard
    2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
    1 heaping tablespoon dark brown sugar


    Mix all ingredients n let sit in fridge for a couple hours for everything to meld together
