This is beyond stupid and these two police officers should lose their jobs, and be prosecuted for their actions dealing with this Citizen. I would go as far as stripping them of any retirement benefits. There is no excuse for any officer of the law to act like this. The guy didn't do anything illegal to begin with!

Nice conservative folk like to think this sort of thing never happens but in reality this sort of thing happens every day in some neighborhoods. The only thing missing is 1. the cameras that seem to be monitored by someone because it pans twice to get a good shot and 2. the money to hire a good attorney. This guy should spend every penny he has to get these goons because I assure you it will pay off in the end.

How did the guy give the cops trouble?? You've obviously missed the reason the cops started messing with the guy in the first place. For a person to tell someone else they would testify in court that they stopped is not against the law. The cops had no legal reason at all to even engage the guy they beat.
