Default The fourth of July weekend

My flags hang 24/7/365. Several in fact. It means something to me. I know there are some "patriots" out there who mean well and talk a big game. I'm the real deal.

Picked this one up laying in the mud. Now hanging in my shop ceiling. Nice one indeed.

If you are a sincere patriot, sure would like to see what you have. Post them up. Thanks.

Ours hangs 24 X7 also, by our state tree, the Palmetto. Old one was kind of tattered so we put out a new one yesterday. Took the old one to the American Legion for proper disposal.

I must admit that when I opened Randy's post I was expecting to see briskets and ribs on the smoker. Got both ready to go in mine along with some local onion sausage.

I just mentioned to him there are ribs in the freezer and I bought chicken wings yesterday. Guess what's going on the smoker today? LOL I'm sure there will be pics. I may add a Key Lime pie to his efforts.

I'd wear mine 24/7 but Linda makes me take it off when I go to bed. Happy 4th everyone. I just hope and pray that we have enough people that really care for our country to take care of it. Things could get real bad real fast at the rate we're heading in the wrong direction.

Thanks fellas for the pictures you posted. Yes indeed, you guys are true patriots. I really do appreciate that. Bruce - excellent on the small flags on the mailbox. Yes Ray, the smoker was fired up. And I do mean lit up:

That's the way it's done. Rack of ribs and chicken wings will work nicely for the next couple of days:

The furkids got some pool time in on this hot day. Abby likes to lounge and Ernie just does a quick dip on the boy parts. I think the freshly filled pool from the water well is just a bit to chilly for him. LOL
