Ended up making cheese cake, pics to come later. Here's the recipe for Key Lime pie. It came from our daughter-in-law who's uncle has an Italian restaurant in Metairie.

1 graham cracker crust
3 egg yolks
1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz.
1/2 cup lime juice
3 TBL water

1. Combine all ingredients and pour into pie shell.
2. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Cool completely and top with whipped cream.
