    Default Missouri Crappie.com tour.

Want to thank Kevin and Charlie for putting on a first rate tournament, I think everyone had a great time and if you left hungry it was your fault.. Thank you everyone for the donations on the food, got back what I had invested + $15 so will put it in the .com kitty..... We sure thought the fishing was very tough, myself I didn't catch my first crappie until noon and at 12:30 we had 3 and two of them were 9"ers...... then we found where we had started had turned on and it didn't take long to get 7 and trade out the 2 smallies..... still no big weight but what it started out like we will take it....lots of give aways, rods, caps, jigs, gift certificates,etc....Thank you Dexter and Buckwheat for doing the cooking......... it was good..... I know I am ready for some much cooler weather.......but thank each and everyone of you for turning out in this heat to fish this tour.......... and congrats to Kevin and Mike for first place......... Good to see Beagleman there and Jim from over on the kansas side........... and a glad to meet you new guys.........

Was a great time even though the fishing was slow. I will post pictures of the top six teams and the two big fish winners in another thread. Even with it being tough the last two weeks Truman 1st place was still just under 8 lbs. Congrats to all the winners. Like Monty said we had lots of give aways. I think every one got at least one thing some two. Members from Kansas City to south of Springfield and from Columbia to a few from guys from the Kansas board. It was a great get together. Can't wait till next months tournament.

Well guys, it was bad when I got home. Danny said sorry he missed everybody. He wanted everybody to know the proofs in the pudding on who carries the weight for Team Double D. He noticed that he stayed home and I zeroed out. Then he jabbed me because I was cleaning someone elses fish,"Have you no shame he said." He said its a good thing Monty likes me or I wouldve come home with Nothing. Well at least Im better looking.

Was nice to finally meet some of the folks here on the forum. A big hats off to Beagle for bringing me along even though the fishin' was tough for my maiden trip to Truman, but had fun anyway!

A big THANKS to Kevin, Charlie, Jared, Buckwheat and Double D and anyone else who played a role in putting this tournament on. Had a heck of a turnout, and a 1st class great time. Great to see everyone, and can't wait to do it again.

a Special Thanks to Beagleman and Radioactive for making me laugh 200-300 times in 1 hour.
