Gobob I am kinda new to this site but seems like good people who are good hearted. Meant no disrespect or any negativity just poking a little fun. Hope to met a lot of people here and hopefully learn a thing or two. Really new to crappie fishing but am ate up with it and read all I can .Looking at a new boat over the winter and kinda like to see what ever one is using.

get over to the Arkansas duck hunting sites and buy a 25 tohatsu mega. The are rebadged 40 horse outboards and cannot be beat. Most have been worked over and will probably get you 34-38 mph when set up. Maybe faster.They might be coming down in price if the agfc drops the motor size limit.

Glad it worked out! I'm in the same boat. Actually a g3. Have a 50hp. Still contemplating swapping out to a 25. For the same reason.
A kicker engine is out of the question.
Every time I talk myself out of it, I go back to coffeen Lake!
