1/16oz Pink marabou Roadrunner has caught more "big" Crappie for me, but a blue/chartreuse tube jig has caught the most "numbers" for me.
(but "big" & "numbers" are relative terms, plus the fact that these two baits have been used more often than others, by me ... so that's relative, too, because if you only use a limited number of baits/colors, then that's what you're going to catch your fish with)
