This is my first year in the teaching profession. I have the honor of teaching 75 rowdy 8th graders 180 days a year. It is rewarding but very, very challenging. Not even the military and the deployments that go along with it can even come close to how difficult this job can be at times. I have done many other things but won't list them all here.

    I invented Post its..

I worked the cotton mills and made Denim15yrs, a weaver for 10 of those years. Lay offs were h*ll so I worked for the school district and went back to college. Started selling Boiled Peanuts in 82. best thing ever happened to me. I also hauled Watermelons, pumpkins, Christmas trees, and maters. Did plenty of wholesale but I loved the truck sales on the side of the hwy. I had to give it up 3 years ago because of my heart attacks and stroke. I ain't worth the food I eat now as far as working. I do guide a bit for a few good people.
I ran and helped run a Youth Sports Complex for 12 years. Coached football, boys and girls yth thru high school elite Basketball, yth baseball, and girls softball fast and slow pitch tournament teams. Also the plumber, janitor, lawnmower, trashman, scape goat... I miss all that fun. Some of my teams had my own kids. Those were even better years.

18 years in the oilfield. 9 in workover on land and 9 on a drilling rig offshore. For the past 11 years I've worked at a chemical plant where we make industrial resin for plywood and such and we also manufacture formaldehyde.
On the side, I've always been a gigilo!! (I hope my wife doesn't read this!! She would swear I was being serious and try to use it against me!! :D )

Grease monkey for the USAF! 8 more years until I can retire, then I plan on becoming a boat motor mechanic.

Bus boy, ditch digger, landscaper and lifeguard ...then I went to school and joined the USAF.

They taught me to launch Minuteman III missiles...but I never launched one (you should be glad of that)...crosstrained to medical administration. Now I'm lead administrator for a primary care clinic (dental, peds, family care, women's health, pt). I have 18 yrs in...I'm still having fun but wondering what I'll do at 20.

Grew up salt water fishin out of Destin FL...USAF has treated me to various freshwater opportunities. I love it all.
