Shine runner, I have fished Moccasin Cr. several times and usually have good luck there. Didn't try it this time because I don't have the coordinates on the new GPS and was afraid I would miss it in the dark. I am most familiar with the GA side from Georgetown south although I have fished out of Lakepoint some. I haven't fished Eufaula but once this year. Bought a place at Sinclair and have been fixing it up and trying to learn the good fishing spots there. Chose Sinclair over Eufaula because I'm in a hunting club there and it's a better lake for water sports. Got to have a draw to keep the kids coming to visit, don't ya' know?

Hey Smitty, you may get skunked once and a while but with the caliber fisherman you are it won't hapen much. I have always heard great storys from that submerged bridge but never have tried it. Maybe one day.

In the past I fished the Lake Point area with good results. I live at Hardridge Creek on the south end by the dam now. Looking forward to learning this end and fishing a lot more being minutes from the ramp. Them Pecker-heads at the Hardridge Creek gate sold me a year pass for the boat ramp in July and they closed the park and ramp on September 26 until March 26, 2016. One would think they would have told me this but no not a peep. I'm told it's good fishing down here but all I caught so far is bait. My boat must be to shinny
