    I guess there aren't that many scamp in the Hooch. When we catch one on the boat we always tell the newcomers not to touch him because that yellow mouth is poisonous. We're just taking them out of the water so nobody gets hurt in the future.

    I meant where do you buy it, you know what restaurant... you're funny you were being funny right Hey you shouldn't play with grown people ..you were playing and not trying to insult me right. I thought my reference to walleye and the great lakes would have you think that I know that grouper is from the ocean if nothing else

    othin finer than good Old Lke perch from the great lakes. Then walleye, then trout, then salmon

    hey guys. what part of georgia is that in? are you refering to oconee and sinclair as the great lakes? Ive never caught a wall eye in them.

    The great lakes are the northern US lake Michigan , Erie, Superior& Onterio

    Quick, I don't think I have ever seen scamp on a menu anywhere. Even in restaurants near the gulf. There may not be legal for sale. Not sure. One of my friends has a boat and some good numbers to catch the scamp and I have some good recipes for them.
