What time friday at the navy site ?

I'm not going to make the fishing but I'm going to try to bring the kids for the fish fry. I just put my boat in the shop yesterday to have the hull repaired from Eufaula. Got a baseball size hole in it from hitting a bouy in the fog.

Mike - I'm fishing friday morning until around 1. Then run by the store to pick up a few things. Stop by the house to grab a few things and put the charger on the batteries. I think schief was talking about 3 to 4 in the afternoon.

Schief - What time do you want us to be at the Navy site?

I am figuring if we start to gather around 4:30 we should have plenty of time to tell some fish stories and start the fires going for are meal. Hoping to eat around 5:30 or 6:00. I will put a note on here tomorrow of who signed up to bring what. If you would drop me a line to let us know how many people will be with you that would sure help with planning of the food.

I am going to miss this one. Looks like things won't work out for me to make it. This will be the first Slabfest since 2005 that I have missed. I can't get the help to run all of my stands this weekend. I can't leave one closed so I have to work. Please forgive me. You all know I would be there if I could work it out. I love Slabfest as much as anyone and know this one is going to be great with all of you putting things together. I will be there in spirit. Yall hook one for me.

Schief - There will be 2 of us to eat on both Friday and Saturday. My son might come on Friday but I expect him to have more important stuff going on. It will be me and my wife Kariann for sure. Did you confirm the grills are propane or should I bring charcoal? If you don't know for sure, I can check on it Friday morning.

Chief, I'll bring up the plates, utinsels, napkins and cups I have on Friday night. I believe they will be plenty for all meals.

There will be just me to eat.

Everyone be safe on pratice day and Sat. looks like good weather for both days and good luck to all. Will be glad to help anyone who come to Fri. meal with any information for the fishing on SAT. I will have the dog and berger buns for fri. and cold slaw for both days.
