    Name is Paul Aka Smokingbarrel. From Northeat Ohio. Home lake is Nimisila Reservoir. Fishing is a passion of mine that is always been with me. I enjoy fishing for anything that swim but Crappie and panfishing in general are my favorite with ultra light or fly rod. I was referred here by my friend BobberBucket and all I can say is THANKS because I am blessed to have found a site this great and looks like great people with great attitudes. This will be my home away from hom for sure. Thanks for all you offer Crappie.com and to all those who are part of a great community!

    Good Morning! I retired from the Air Force about a year ago and am now a high school teacher. I grew up fishing Texoma mainly for Stripers and Catfish. With school ending this week I have discovered I have a few months off and really need to get away from the house or the wife will find something for me to do! I have a boat and lake Tom Steed is not too far!

    I have never really fished for crappie but want to give it a try! with the spawn almost over I need some ideas where to start looking for fish! There are a bunch of tree in about 10-15 feet of water and thought that might be where to go! But I really have no idea. Thank you! No I shall sit back and see what happens...

    My name is Steve Foot aka Bigfoot I am 62 just retired. I haven't crappie fished in 40 years because of my job. Last time was while in college. I plan on getting caught up starting this summer. Thanks for letting me join.
