Welcome aboard James, good fishing and full stringers.
Hello everyone my name is James but everyone calls me Garslayer I was a avid bass fisherman for years and for some reason just lost the passion to go all the time and continue fishing tournaments so took up bowfishing several years back(hence the nickname) but have really got into crappie fishing the last 4 yrs and loving it more and more every time I hit the water.I have read a lot of good pointers on here and can tell there is a lot of knowledge floating around in these forums looking forward to reading and learning as much as I can about this sport and making new friends

Just want to take a minute and introduce myself. My name is Jason, (aka, BigFin) I live in Sand Springs, Ok. Been a long time lurker so thought I might as well join in on the fun. Mostly fish the lakes here that are close to home which are Keystone, Skiatook and Sahoma, have adventured as far as Hudson and Grand a few times. Just got into Crappie fishing here in the last year or so. Mostly been a catfisher all my life. That's about it for me. Now let the "lies" begin!

Hello everyone! My name is Chris and I live in South East Virginia (Suffolk area). Most of my experience is saltwater fishing down along the Gulf of Mexico. I've chosen to concentrate more on freshwater for the simple fact I have the Chowan River 15min away and Lake Gaston about 1.5hrs away. I've got some fresh tackle but looking for pointers on how to fill the live well with some crappie. Any pointers would be appreciated..... and a fishing buddy would be great. I'm rockin the Suntracker Bass Buggy pontoon with live wells. Thanks in advance for the assistance!!
Welcome aboard Chris. We have message boards by the state. That would be a good place to find a fishing partner and people familiar with the areas you fish.

My name is John, have 35 years experience fishing local bass tournament, but unable to walk unassisted( car accident). So my bass tournaments the last five years have been limited to partner tournaments. So, my attention has turned to panfish( perch, sunfish, bluegill and crappie). Just looking for recommendations were I should concentrate my crappie fishing efforts? Which bodies of water in wny and any.
