The terminator is a 120 ohm resistor. It seldom goes bad. I would disconnect/connect all the NMEA network connectors and check for good connections. Lots of problems stem for bad/loose connections. I t has been my experience over the years that molded cables suck. The tend to break internally near the connector, thus producing intermittent operation. This occurs more often when you connect/reconnect the cables on a regular basis. Troubleshooting intermittent problems suck. Tech support folks provide "guesswork" answers. They don't know the exact fix.

If you are at the Ky Lake or Miss Fall get togethers, I will be there. I will bring stuff, including terminators, and I can probably fix it by elimination. Don't buy a lot of chit you don't need.
