    Wonder if you use a maranera sauce spooned over the baked fish with some additional cheese, how that would taste? Thanks for the recipe. Gonna have to give it a try!!

    Yes it is on top of fillets only so you have crunchy below along with marinara sauce cheese on top. Thanks for bringing that up SlabLapper as that really makes or breaks it. Should have put that in details, thanks again

    Tried this recipe out last night on some walleye I had, can't take the thyme...... very good other than that, will try again using something else, maybe a little garlic salt or something like that..... do like the panko crumbs and cheese......
