    I like the Andy's Seafood Breading. There are 2 flavors, "Red" which is spicy, and regular "yellow". Both are good.

    I like to just salt the fish real good and throw'em in the grease with no breading.

    Soak fish a couple of hours in 7up, 1/2 buttermilk pancake mix and 1/2 cornmeal mixed with beer (thin), a little Tony Chachere's Original Creole seasoning, flour the fillet....dip in thin batter fry in peanut oil

    I promise this is good

    i like that bass pro spicey fish fry, but most of the time i am to poor to get it i use plain yellow meal dip in egg then red pepper then egg it again and then the meal salt and pepper it tastes great with a lil spice ;-)

    i found out using the yellow corn bread mix on chicken turned out really good you aught to try it on your fish.

    Dip the fish in Mustard then the Seasoned Meal, season the meal with Cajun seasoning! YUM-YUM......
