JIg n pig or worm of some kind rigged in texas or carolina, but my favorite is the soft plastic jerk bait ( slugo, or super fluke ) if they see it they get it. You can catch fish anywhere on one or all of these.

Not that i fish for bass much any more but when i did it alot my favorite lure was and still is the Rebel 3" pop-r in black and silver. if you sand off just a lil off the bottom of the concave mouth that dude will really dance.
