    That's awesome!! I wish my son liked to fish more. My daughters love when I take them. It makes me smile to see father's take their kiddos on adventures outdoors.

    Thankyou all for the kind words!

    Goose breast make AWESOME jerky! And we marinade them n dales and grill em just like a steak! Better not over cook them tho. But if you keep them rare, they r fantastic! Got a lot of steaks to last me the year now hahahaha

    Those snows and blues eat just as good as a speck if you marinade them and cook them the same way. Can't tell the difference.
