Size: 23.5 KBI fished hard all weekend and this is the best that I can do. I just couldn't keep the big ones off my hook. Sorry I didn't plan ahead and have a better way of measuring it. It's an Ozark 10' jig pole handle whatever length that it is.

OK. I've watched you guys with all your tailgates full of slabs for years. All I can do is look. And wish.

    But now??

NOW, you've encroached on my expertise. My testosterone level is rising.

I can't find a better picture. This isn't me, but I TOOK the picture from the front of the boat, I promise. I tried to crop my buddy's face, as I do not have permission to post his picture (*snicker*). But he sure was happy with this catch. I can't remember when this was either, but it was in last few months....so it may not qualify. Not to worry, we are quite the Masters of this type of thing.

We will work on this till march trying to better this one. We have caught many much smaller, but no pictures. Now we have good reason to retain such pics for posterity!

I didn't have anything to measure with but I caught these two under the 89 bridge last Friday morning. It was the only two we caught but I was proud to have felt the bite on one that small!

that is truly a small crappie and im not a judge but the rules say you must use a measuring device and i dont think a screw will count, put that golden rule in your boat and get a good measurment of one that small and you probably have a contender , thanks for sharing the pics

No I'm not worried about them counting. At the time it wasn't all that funny but after a few days I can laugh that they were the only two we caught and they bit like piranna's Lol! I plan on going after some bigger ones this weekend!
