As much time as we have spent on the water in the same boat we always talk level headed about the strengths and weaknesses of each others teams and have never had a disagreement over football. It takes a bunch of garbage like the first post on this thread to get something like this started.

This thread probably needs to be locked by a moderator before it gets nasty.

I don't know this for sure. If they didn't then they should have because he is worth every freaking penny. he could be the best college player i've ever seen. I do know that bama bought Julio. a former player told me. If you tell me which player at auburn told you about newton then I'll tell you which one at alabama one told me about julio.

those national championships wont keep ya from gettin your ars beat. just ask South Car and LSU.
yea the LSU that bearly beat ole miss. I hope we hang 50 or 60 points on ol bama and shut up some of yall Saban worshipers

We just got the best coach money could buy.. the Albarn family buys a SLAVE to try to win a Championship just like 1957 tic,tic,tic.If albarn was to win the SEC or the NC they will have to give it back just like USC..REMBER THE BARN LEADS THE SEC IN PROBATION AND 3RD IN THE NATION LOL..

Thank you for the Auburn history lesson. Attention all Auburn fans on this board....alabamaal knows everything there is to know about Auburn football and the NCAA. All questions concerning Newton's eligibility should be directed toward him because he wrote the ncaa rulebook.

Coach Bryant made your barners life a misery so will Saban the writing is on the wall.. No coach is going to win all games that is fact.. Saban and Alabama will win more then our share.That is why the BARN has to cheat and buy slaves...

I guess you are saying that makes Alabama a cheater too since they are paying Julio. How can you look yourself in the mirror every single morning knowing that you pull for a convicted cheater? Aren't you guys currently on probation? Hasn't this program already had to vacate wins under saban? Am I wrong?

I don't give two $hits about bryant. never have and never will. i could care less about alabama football except one game a year when they play auburn, but people like you make me love to see them lose. I honestly hope saban stays there for a while. Nothing gives me more pleasure than seeing him have the most talent in the league and still get outcoached on gameday at least 2-3 times a year. he's been notorious for that his entire career and you people worship him like a god. hell, you even name your kids after him.....ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. If he's lucky, he might make it about another 1.5 years before he has another woody hayes moment and hits a player again. he got away with it a few weeks ago, but i bet he doesn't get away with it again.

The Auburn family that is, yes we cam, "lean on me"

Well now it's time to say goodbye to Cam and all our wins
He'll play in the NFL with that same s.h.i.t. eatin' grin
How in the world could we have been such fools,
Now we have to pick up the pieces of what's left of our school

Sanctions that is, reduced scholarships, bowl bans
