It is always good to hear when companies take care of their customers
Wanted to give a big shout out to the customer service at BnM. I broke a tip on my TCB rod back in early spring and ordered a replacement tip right away. As life got in the way I didn't have a chance to fish with it for about 4 months. When I started using the replacement tip, I had issues with the tip coming off when casting every 4-5 cast. I contacted BnM by email and they responded the next day. BnM asked a couple of clarification questions and before I could respond they had already shipped a new tip. I got it three days later. Considering how long I waited to try the tip out, I didn't expect them to send a replacement tip. I know I will be ordering more BnM rods in the future after my experience with their customer service!

We only have the best sponsors on crappie.com. Seriously, we don't just accept anyone, I've turned down many.
This post is funny. I will never do business with them again.
I had a PST tip break that was under warranty. I called them and the lady said it would be 3 to 4 months before she had one and that I should go buy another rod from Grizzly or somebody to use while I was waiting on the free replacement. So I did.
I finally called them back after 4 months and was told they would see if they had a rod to break down to send me a tip.Keep in mind that I had already bought a whole rod from Grizzly. They finally found one to send me.Evidently they don’t retain any inventory for warranty purposes.
I have always had good service with BnM rods in fact I'm looking at the new 75 rod that BnM has now.
Years ago I would buy the bgjp models but the tip section would always break. Could never get a full season out of them. Both ten foot and eight foot models. They would send me new tops at no charge and promptly too but I got discouraged with them breaking so frequently and stopped using that model. CS was great but the product, not so much for me. Switched to a Richard Williams model from them and never had to replace a tip again. I’ve moved on to the Russ Bailey model now. Real similar to the RW model but a little lighter. Keep checking and you’ll find a bnm rod that fits your need. Every rod isn’t for everybody.
