Hah. I can't think of anything even remotely close to me that won't be 32' high as well.
Bro, I'm thinking of fishing your home state, since killers going to be 32' high again. LOL

You never know what can happen when you visit a friend at his place of work. About 40 years ago, my good friend and bowling buddy asked me to call him the next day, and if he wasn't caught up in a meeting, he would treat me to lunch. I called at the nursing home that he owned, and a receptionist answered. It went like this:
Hillbrook Nursing Home. How may I help you?
Ma'am, I'd like to speak with your chief cook and bottlewasher.
Sir???
Chief cook and bottlewasher, ma'am.
Sir, I don't know what....
He's probably asleep down in the boiler room.
Sir, I'm not following you. (probably thinking she had a loony on the line)
Just page him. His name is Bill, Bill Chapek.
(Explosive laughter, followed by the mute button) when she came back on, i could hear the staff laughing.
Sir, let me see if we can wake him up. (More laughter)
When I got there, Bill said he had come out of his office to see what all the commotion was, and he was told about the conversation, before they transferred the call to his office. Bill said we might not have lunch ever again, saying: "I have spent years building up respect among my employees, and now you have destroyed it all with one phone call".
I really enjoyed all of the following times we went to lunch. Most of the time, it would take Bill 5-15 minutes to clear his desk, and I would spend the time visiting with the residents. Bill said that was the best part of their days, when someone would come and visit with them, breaking up the monotony of their lives. That waiting room would fill in a hurry any time I came for lunch.

You see all that rain above the lake?! Crazy, I think this happened a couple years ago.

Well, now that the inflow has slowed down and they have the gates open a little bit can any of you Tenkiller veterans hazard a guess as to when the ramps will reopen and the water quality get to the point where it's fishable for Crappie. I'm not really a catfish fan but got a couple rods rigged for a few eaters to satisfy my fishing urges. Of course, the rain is unpredictable. Almost 31' high at last count.

Planning on fishing tenkiller this weekend but for cats not crappie, is there an issue with boat ramps being open? Are they "ALL" closed?
Disregard - called the state park. 30ft above normal level and all ramps closed, Crud. wont get the oppurtunity to fish it till July now.

I'm guessing middle of June before things settle down, unless the rains continue.
