    Roy didn't make it. He passed away last night while being rushed to surgery.

    Sorry to hear that. Was surely hoping to see him fishing again. He was facing a long, tough road. Maybe he can rest now. Prayers for his family and friends.

    This is a terribly sad way to start the week. My prayers are with you, Bill, as well as Roy's family. If the family chooses a funeral home with online obituaries, please share a link so we can post our condolences.

    I didn't get to know Roy well, but will remember the great time we shared at the November Buggs bash. This must have been the last major fishing trip he took.
