Oh no!!! I don't want Tap to plan my menu. He a health nut. No Sugar, No Salt, No Fat. I think there is a half of a WaWa sub in my boat left from last year. Should be some oatmeal cream pies and if it comes to survival mode, Toastchee Peanut Butter crackers.

George if you cant launch a boat by March, I'll come get you. Surely you can fish with a cane pole one handed. Ill even take the fish off the hook. As many times as you toted me to Buggs and wouldn't except gas money, that's the least I could do.
been busy! messing with Fox dogs and Softball! Got me a 20 ft skiff / party barge for my family and friends. Messing in the rivers on the innertube.
Thanks Russell. I'm not sure when I am going to be back on the water. They want me in this sling until March 6th. I will know more on Feb. 21 when I see the doc at my 6 week mark. My biggest concern would be accidentally falling in, which I have never come close to, but if I did I would be sure to jack up the tears that they repaired. I had to write a check for $1.130.78 and that's with BC/BS insurance, I would hate to tear things up and waste my money.

George,
I had similar surgery on right shoulder ( two tendons rebuilt and bone spur removed). First couple days were miserable after surgery then things steadily improved. As long as you keep that sling on and in place you really can't hurt your shoulder. I leaned to do a lot with left arm. You can also use the wrist and hand on your repaired shoulder just keep the sling on. I even took a bad tumble while puling out an old fence and was ok (arm in sling). The therapy is very painful after sling comes off but if you work at it you can get full range of motion and strength back. I am 58 years old and my repaired shoulder is as good as it ever was.
LOL, too many of us on here have had this surgery. I'm a little behind Tap in the recovery, sleeping in recliner is tough. Sorry about hijacking the thread. Hopefully will make it to one of these bashes at the NW one day. Love dem yellow perch!!!!
I slept in a recliner the first few nights. Luckily I can sleep on my back or either side so it did not take to long until I slept ok at night. I followed the doctors orders and slept with the sling on.
