    Default Have not posted in awhile..............


    Been busy fishing. A lot. Probably more than ever, been out at least 20 trips this year already. Got a new boat last November, 18/60 Rhino with a 115/80 jet motor. Been chasing brown bass and river monsters on the upper James. Yes even crappie some days.

    New boat, been fun outfitting it.

    First fish in it was a yellow perch....

    Fished all winter...

    And caught a mess of green fish, some big ones too...

    Hit the river when the weather got better, got a surprise walleye couple weeks ago......

    Vernon got two river monsters last week, this was the bigger one.....

    New boat is great and Kenny says easy to catch fish from. I love all the room and the storage, glad I got it. Can't wait to get my newest fishing buddy out in it, new grandson born in December. I don't know who got him the shirt..............

    In 1972 I was getting ready for Uncle Sam. Joined the US Army in January 1973. That guy looks a lot like one of my cousins though. Wrestler Hillbilly Jim was one of my cousins. I picked up wearing bib overalls from him.
