Hey Guys how bad are....
The North (ITown) and Northwest river? I'm looking at coming out in a couple weeks or so.. The lakes here around Raleigh with the exception of Harris Lake won't be down for quite some time.

Fished the Northwest yesterday, water was dingy but better than expected after all the rain we have had. Fishing was much slower than the previous week, dirtier water and bright sky's I'm sure had a part in that. Water temp. was 54. Only managed about a dozen small crappie 8-10" and a few yellow perch. Did manage to caught the Northwest slam. Blue cat, gar and bowfin all on a crappie jig! Still a nice day on the water.
