    Not as good as the "World Famous Fishdoc Bucktail" but I think they should work good for trolling/titelinning. From my little experience the uglier the bait the more fish I catch for some reason...

    Look good! Try kiptail, Artic Fox, or craftfur. They have more of a pulsating action in the water, and unlike bucktails they won't bend and kink (last longer in the tackle box)

    Oh and by the way, I don't longline hair jigs I only cast or vert jig... Not saying it don't work, just my two cents for what little its worth.

    I just prefer to troll hair over plastic when its cold. Like I said they arent the "World Famous Fishdoc Bucktail" so I am sure the crappie wont pay any attention to em jigging. LOL

    Over here I have had my best luck on that black and red combo. All those should catch fish.

    I fish plastics year round but I like the buck tails. Try some in purple.
