    Default Nottoway 997 snap shots.

Nothing really kewl but I took a few snap shots. Les had told me about areas with wave like bottoms and here's what I saw.

    First, my down imaging.

Now side imaging on the right. (transducer blocks left and it's easier to just do right then trimming up the motor all the time)

You can definitely see the wave like bottom.

It was easy to see the lily pads and on the next image you can tell they were to the right. They are bright white. Also, this pic shows more wave action bottom.

This next pic shows a lot of timber on the bottom. I thought I would do well here but had no takers.

If you're interested in trying out this area its right near the camera icon in this pic.

That's interesting. I guess its a result of the current coming around that sharp bend?

I find it interesting as well. I never noticed this feature till after the flood from Hurricane Floyd. Maybe the increased flow rate? I dunno.
That's a ton of timber in the last picture. Did you mark fish there?
Nice pics Tap. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I find them "really kewl".
    Thanks.

None. I really didn't mark hardly any fish all day long. I guess they were holding tight to cover. (which is what I was hoping was the case at the timber)
